This agreement governs your access to and use of the heybajl platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment services. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause contained herein.
18+ Age Requirement
heybajl is strictly an adult platform. All players must be aged 18 or above to register, deposit, and wager. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at registration and on request.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active heybajl account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonus funds.
Taka-Denominated Payments

These Terms & Conditions are to be read alongside the heybajl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and heybajl. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Access to the heybajl platform and participation in any real-money wagering activity is conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.
- Minimum Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Players between the ages of 18 and 21 are advised to review applicable local regulations in their area of residence.
- Single Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. If heybajl detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
- Accurate Information: All registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, and active contact information — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Personal Use Only: Your heybajl account is for your personal, non-commercial use exclusively. You may not register on behalf of, or operate an account for, any other individual, company, or third party.
- Not a Self-Excluded Player: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — whether maintained by heybajl itself or by any recognised responsible gaming body — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during platform use.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. If you are subject to any legal guardianship, conservatorship, or similar arrangement that limits your contractual capacity, you may not register.
- KYC Compliance: You consent to providing identity verification documents (national ID, passport, driver's licence, or equivalent) and proof of payment method ownership when requested by heybajl's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
heybajl reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obligated to provide a reason. Account approval is at heybajl's sole discretion. Players in cities across Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — are equally welcome to register, subject to satisfying the above criteria in full.
Account Security & Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybajl login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. heybajl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of protection.
- Credential Confidentiality: You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. heybajl staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
- Immediate Notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify heybajl immediately at [email protected]. heybajl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the devices from which you access heybajl are free from malware, keyloggers, and other harmful software. heybajl recommends using updated antivirus protection and avoiding accessing your account from shared or public devices.
- Account Transfers Prohibited: Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your heybajl account to a third party is strictly prohibited. Any such transfer will render the account subject to immediate termination without refund of balance.
- Contact Information Accuracy: You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date at all times. heybajl relies on these contact points for security alerts, OTP delivery via Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks, and account recovery.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on heybajl — deposits, withdrawals, and bonus conversions — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). heybajl does not apply any currency conversion charges. The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your account.
4.1 — Deposits
- Accepted Methods: Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallet services. heybajl may expand the list of accepted payment methods from time to time; current options are displayed in the account deposit section.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the deposit interface and may vary by method.
- Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your heybajl Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider in the vast majority of cases. Delays caused by third-party payment networks are outside heybajl's control.
- Own Funds Only: You must deposit only funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. heybajl actively monitors for deposits associated with fraudulent activity or third-party payment sources.
- Failed Deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment method but does not appear in your heybajl Balance within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number for investigation.
4.2 — Withdrawals
- KYC Prior to Withdrawal: A withdrawal request will not be processed until the requesting account has completed KYC verification and all required identity and payment documents have been reviewed and approved.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. heybajl does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, to the extent technically permitted by that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
- Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or pending KYC review.
- Right to Review: heybajl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for compliance review purposes without being required to disclose the specific reason to the Player during that review period.
Bonuses & Promotions
heybajl offers a range of promotional incentives — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise.
- Eligibility per Promotion: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, account age, and geographic restrictions within Bangladesh. Players must meet all stated criteria to qualify.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly marked as "wagering-free", all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus combined), as specified per promotion. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including live sports — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward completing wagering requirements.
- Expiry: Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, which is published on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- One Bonus at a Time: A Player may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless heybajl explicitly permits this in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses without authorisation will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts involved.
- Abuse & Exploitation: heybajl monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play. If such behaviour is detected, heybajl reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Modification & Cancellation: heybajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun meeting its wagering requirements will not be disadvantaged mid-way through that specific promotion's lifecycle.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions specify a cap on the maximum amount of real-money Balance that can be withdrawn as a result of Bonus Fund play. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all wagering activity on the heybajl platform, across the casino, sportsbook, crash games, and all other game categories. These rules exist to ensure a fair, orderly, and enjoyable environment for every Player.
- Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. Stakes below the stated minimum or above the stated maximum will be declined by the platform automatically.
- Finality of Results: All game outcomes and sporting event results are final once settled by the platform. heybajl will not reverse a settled bet or game result unless a verifiable technical error caused by heybajl's own systems is identified and confirmed by the platform's technical team.
- Software Errors: In the event that a game or betting market malfunction results in a clearly erroneous payout — including a payout that significantly exceeds the stated maximum prize for a game — heybajl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings arising from a known or obvious software error are not payable.
- Connectivity Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while gaming. Disconnections during live dealer sessions or in-play betting do not automatically entitle a Player to a refund, except where heybajl's own systems caused the disconnection.
- Sports Betting Specifics: Pre-match and in-play cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are governed by additional sport-specific rules published within the heybajl sportsbook section. In all cases, officially declared results from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) are used for settlement.
- RNG Certification: All casino games on heybajl — including slots, table games, virtual sports, and crash games — use Random Number Generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
heybajl maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, dishonesty, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or causes harm to other Players. The following actions — and any attempt to engage in them — are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure.
- Multi-accounting: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one heybajl account simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or avoid detection.
- Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; using another person's identity; submitting forged or altered identity documents.
- Payment Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
- Bonus Abuse: Using automated software, coordinated accounts, or systematic low-risk strategies to artificially complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
- Collusion: Working in concert with other Players on poker, live dealer, or other competitive game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
- Automated Wagering Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform without manual human input.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price discrepancies between heybajl's sportsbook odds and those of other operators in a manner designed to guarantee risk-free profit regardless of event outcome.
- Hacking & Exploiting: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with heybajl's systems, servers, databases, or software code; exploiting known or discovered bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Money Laundering: Using heybajl in whole or in part to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. heybajl cooperates fully with relevant authorities in anti-money-laundering investigations.
- Harassment: Using live chat, in-game chat, or any platform communication feature to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other Players, live dealers, or heybajl staff.
Upon detecting Prohibited Conduct, heybajl may, at its sole discretion: suspend the account, withhold or void all pending and historical winnings associated with the breach, permanently close the account, recover losses suffered by heybajl, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. The Player bears the burden of demonstrating that any flagged activity was not in breach of this section.
Intellectual Property
All content published on and accessible through the heybajl platform — including but not limited to the heybajl brand name, logo, website design, layout, colour schemes, written content, software, game interfaces, audiovisual assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of heybajl or is used under valid licence from its respective owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).
- No Reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any heybajl content without prior written permission from heybajl.
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any heybajl software component.
- Limited Personal Licence: heybajl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of heybajl content.
- Third-Party Content: Game content supplied by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. Your use of game content is additionally governed by the terms of the relevant studio's end-user licence agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heybajl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- No Indirect Losses: heybajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if heybajl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Platform Availability: heybajl does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruption without prior notice.
- Third-Party Services: heybajl is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), mobile networks, or internet service providers. Delays or failures originating with these parties fall outside heybajl's sphere of liability.
- Gambling Losses: heybajl is not liable for financial losses incurred through gameplay. All wagering carries inherent risk, and Players accept that losses are a natural and expected possible outcome of gambling activity.
- Force Majeure: heybajl shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond heybajl's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, or widespread telecommunications outages affecting Bangladesh.
Account Suspension & Termination
heybajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the circumstances described below. Players also retain the right to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time.
10.1 — Termination by heybajl
- Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions — including Prohibited Conduct identified in Section 7 — may result in immediate account closure without prior warning and without refund of Bonus Funds.
- Regulatory or Compliance Requirements: heybajl may suspend or close an account where required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory direction, an anti-money-laundering obligation, or a request from a competent authority.
- Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. heybajl will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying any inactivity fee or initiating account closure proceedings. Real-money Balances remaining in inactive accounts will be handled in accordance with heybajl's dormant account policy, which is available on request.
- Effect on Balance: Where an account is closed due to Player breach, any Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — including winnings under investigation — may be withheld pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. Verified real-money Balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
10.2 — Voluntary Closure by Player
You may close your heybajl account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Prior to processing the closure, heybajl will prompt you to withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Verified withdrawable Balances will be processed in accordance with Section 4.2 of these Terms. Bonus Funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

It must never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering previous losses. The following obligations and tools form part of heybajl's responsible gaming framework.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased, to protect against impulsive decisions.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and heybajl with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Player and heybajl. No employee or representative of heybajl has authority to modify these Terms verbally or through informal written communication.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: heybajl's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.
- Amendments: heybajl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and heybajl, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. heybajl is committed to resolving complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. Our support team operates 24/7 (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours.
- Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.
